Porn actor Steven Hill who they say went on stabbing rampage that left one of his co-workers dead

Los Angeles Police are looking for porn actor Steven Hill who they say went on stabbing rampage that left one of his co-workers dead and two wounded. Hill, 34, used a machete-style or Samurai-style sword that had been used as a film prop, police said. Pop the trunk for video and complete story.







The attack happened just before 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday at Ultimate DVD Inc on Saticoy Street and Hayvenhurst Avenue in Van Nuys. Ultimate DVD was one of several businesses in an an industrial park.

Police said that Hill did production work and acted in several porn movies. He had been living at the business and was about to be fired and would have been forced to move out, police said. His pending dismissal was the result of his "inappropriate" conduct.

A victim who worked next door told KABC-TV that he heard the screams, came in to help and was also attacked. His had minor injuries. He was one of the three people who was taken to Northridge Hospital, one of whom died. The injuries to the third victim are not life-threatening.

Another neighbor told the KABC-TV, "I was on my computer, and I heard a really loud man's voice, and it sounded aggressive."
The station obtained a surveillance photo that shows a man, apparently Hill, running from the business holding an object that may have been the sword used in the attack. (See video below.)

Hill took off after the stabbing. Los Angeles Police said Hill was driving a Blue 1996 Toyota RAV4 with the license plate 5YTC423. The SUV has right-side damage. Police have not released a photo of Hill and have only have a vague description of him as being an African-American male about six feet tall.

Some bloggers have written that Steven Hill is a gay porn actor. There is a gay porn star named Steven Hill but he is white and Steve Hill is his stage name. Los Angeles Police told this writer that they don't know what name Hill used in the porn movies that he acted in.

The dead victim has been identified as a 30-year-old man from the Los Angeles area.
